Construction (Design & Management) Regulations Services
James Ritchie is an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety (IMaPS) and has undertaken the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme, resulting in a nationally recognised certificate of site health and safety management competence. In addition James is the Royal Institute of British Architects' (RIBA) Specialist Practice Consultant on CDM and Health and Safety and a leading authority on the CDM2015 Regulations, regularly presenting for many organisations and institutions around the country as well as the Association for Project Safety (APS).
Principal Designer Service.
Our Principal Designer (PD) service and/or Client Adviser service is offered to complement the existing architectural and project management facilities available to clients. JRA will always advise clients of their duties under the CDM Regulations and, where required, can provide them with Principal Designer services and also act as the client's construction risk management adviser for any scheme. We are also extremely happy to work alongside other designers as well as our own in-house design teams.
