Small Scale Housing Developments
JRA have undertaken a number of small scale housing developments and have, in particular, worked with timber frame construction techniques for more than 20 years, in some cases producing houses with energy consumption figures far lower than those required by the Building Regulations.
Housing developments need to respond to the site constraints to provide not only an efficient use of the land but also to maximise the best aspects of the location. JRA can provide services from site master planning through to contract administration and certification of schemes we have designed.
